          Every year, we Filipinos celebrate the National Reading Month on the eleventh month of the year which is November. This promotes the love for reading and its importance to the lifelong process of learning among Filipino learners. And this year's theme is "Pagbasa: Susi sa Magandang Kinabukasan".           Schools conduct different activities and contests for the celebration of the National Reading Month. And some activities includes the Interpretative Reading, Extemporaneous Speaking, Essay Writing Contest, Speech Choir, English Language and Literature Quiz Bee.
